Damages and issues<\/h3>\n

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 6 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
\nExceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized mirrors or craft items made specifically to the customer at the time of order . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
